By accessing or using AI QR Codes (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
AI QR Codes is an online platform that allows users to generate artistic QR codes using artificial intelligence technology. The Service includes:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
New users receive 5 free tokens upon account creation. Each QR code generation consumes 1 token.
Users can purchase additional tokens through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy:
All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Tokens do not expire and remain in your account until used. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, designs, logos, and branding (“AI QR Codes” name and logo), are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the QR codes you generate using our Service. You may use your generated QR codes for:
You do not need to credit AI QR Codes when using your generated QR codes.
By uploading images or providing prompts to generate QR codes, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use such content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
While we optimize QR codes for scannability, we do not guarantee that all generated QR codes will be scannable in all conditions or with all devices. Artistic modifications may affect scannability. We recommend testing QR codes before printing or distribution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI QR Codes shall not be liable for any:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

• Implement scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt the Service
• Update pricing, features, or token allocations with notice to users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any unused tokens will be forfeited.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
